Summary:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking qualified candidates for the position of IT Specialist (APPSW/INET) within the Branch of Applications Development & Web Services. This role involves working in the Division of Operations, Information Resources & Technology Management. The position is open to various eligibility categories, including current federal employees, veterans, and individuals with special authority.

Duties:
As an IT Specialist (APPSW/INET), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• We are defining requirements for existing and new ServiceNow features and enhancements.
• We are developing web-based application programming in an n-tier architecture.
• Programming web user interfaces and information-intensive Service applications.
• She assists management in utilizing the web and new media sources for information delivery.
• She collaborates with clients to identify, develop, analyze, and evaluate new content/formats for websites and O365 Business Solutions.
• Ensuring web products comply with all applicable Federal standards, policies, and conventions.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following conditions:

• U.S. Citizen or National.
• Must provide a complete resume detailing relevant experience and qualifications.
• Eligibility and supporting documents, including proof of veteran status or special authorities.
• Must meet the time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
• Suitability for employment, as determined by background investigation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level in federal service.
• Experience in lead ServiceNow administration, web coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and managing ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of Internet technologies, web-based applications, and accessibility technologies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, manage projects, and guide other IT specialists.
