Job Description:
As the Sales and Marketing Director at Premier Martial Arts Brooklyn Heights, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling martial arts lessons. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, representing the school with professionalism and approachability. This part-time position offers competitive pay, healthcare benefits, and bonuses tied to lead conversions and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing the School: Implement lead generation systems provided in monthly advertising and promotions.
- Management Tasks: Complete daily tasks and track numbers as outlined in the Management Manual.
- New Enrollments/Upgrade Goals: Achieve monthly new membership and upgrade goals.
- Selling Program Packages: Sell equipment packages and other programs with a target of 90%-100% success.
- Revenue Goals: Meet revenue targets through down payments, paid-in-full packages, pro-shop sales, tournaments, testing fees, and events.
- Follow-Up Systems: Conduct placement tests and evaluations for upgrades.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute events like Parent’s Night Out and White Belt Buddy Bash.
Daily Activities:
- Log into Studio Pro software to review and complete task lists.
- Set appointments to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Conduct introductory sessions and upgrade conferences.
- Build relationships with parents and students, providing top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience, preferably with membership sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident telephone skills.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Results-oriented and numbers-driven.
- Available to work evenings and some weekends.
- Familiarity with martial arts is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule: Weekends as needed
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%
