Best Companies to Work for 2022: Fortune Update

Fortune has just released its annual list of the top companies to work at in 2022. Great Place to Work analyzed over 870,000 anonymous employee responses.

“Best Companies’ leadership is more important than ever,” Michael C. Bush, CEO, of Great Place to Work, which evaluates workplace culture, said to Fortune. These exceptional companies provide workplace experiences that are as strong today as they were before the Great Resignation, COVID disruptions, and burnout.

Nearly 90% of these employees feel they can be themselves in the survey, compared to 64 percent at an average company.

They increased their resources to improve employee well-being. The increased mental health, elder care, and child care support. Fortune reports that they also provided additional support during the COVID-19 pandemic, including financial and professional assistance.

A survey found that employees of the 100 best companies felt like their company cares about them.

• 9 out of 10 would recommend their company to family and friends.
• 95% of those surveyed feel loved and cared for.
• 4/5 of employees are psychologically and emotionally happy.
• 4/5 people look forward to going to work.
• 4 in 5 people find meaning in what they do.
