NYC Hotel Jobs, We are seeking a receptionist to greet clients and visitors to our offices. This position will allow you to give directions to clients, contact employees about visitors, answer phones, take messages, sort and distribute mail, and assist with answering questions.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. Experience as a receptionist would be an asset.
A variety of administrative support tasks are performed by receptionists, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms and training rooms, sorting mail and making travel plans.
Receptionists greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service. This includes answering visitors’ calls, fielding their questions appropriately, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
