- Assist customers in locating their preferred locations in the showroom, or give them directions.
- Assist customers with locating the items they desire and providing information about its features.
- Demonstrate product features by clearly articulating every article and its purpose.
- Offer advice to customers about different brands and where they stand in the market.
- Assist customers with the payment process by escorting to POS stations or processing their cash or credit card payments.
- Customers should be given product warranties at the time they purchase. Also, ensure that customers receive their products in their vehicles.
