Rudy’s “Country Store”, and Bar-B-Q, have been serving our famous smoked meats to people in the Southwest USA ever since 1989. 100% wood is used to fire our pits. This wood is slower than mesquite and has a slower burn rate. Rudy’s allows you to order as much or little as you like, catering to any size group. Rudy’s is a great place to enjoy Texas Bar-BQ.

Responsibilities for Crew Member Job
- Customers are welcome and can help with their orders.
- Communicate effectively with your coworkers and managers.
- You must arrive on time for your shift.
- Prioritize the most important tasks and manage your time efficiently.
- Arrange eating, service, or kitchen space.
- Assist kitchen staff whenever needed.
Requirements for Crew Member Job
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to work in a group.
