Email Marketing Professional
Vantagepoint AI, LLC, is an INC 5000 software company experiencing tremendous growth. To continue to scale we are searching for an Email Marketing Professional with experience to work with the Marketing Team to grow new, and expand current, Marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Who we are looking for:
The Email Marketing Professional will be responsible for, but not limited to: writing, designing, and scheduling daily emails to leads and prospects, writing copy for advertising partners, email deliverability reporting, and coverage for other tasks within the department as needed.
The Email Marketing Professional position is within the Marketing Department and reports to the Director of Marketing. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
NOTE: This is currently a remote position, however, we are always highly interested in candidates in Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful marketing communications for lead generation using email
- Build and deliver creatives for use within email and advertising partner campaigns
- Report on data for email marketing campaigns
- Cross-train as needed to learn additional tasks within the Marketing Department including, but not limited to additional lead generation, creative design, and webinar monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with current marketing industry trends and best practices and constantly bring new ideas to the table that will support the company’s business goals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience, with specialization in email marketing
- Incredible design and copywriting skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Participate in daily inter-team meetings to discuss and recommend strategies
- Strong MS Office, Photoshop, Zapier, Salesforce/Pardot, and WordPress skills preferred
- Ability to work swiftly on multiple tasks with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure
- A positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment in setting priorities and executing company image
