Our team is currently looking for a Manager – Strategy & Post Merger Integration. You will assist clients in navigating the post-merger integration and strategy implementation process.
These are the responsibilities
Complex projects that involve people, processes, technology, and management
You can create various deliverables such as manuals, SOPs and customer journeys.
Create KPIs, scorecards and metrics to measure the impact of change.
Create executive presentations
Management of program and project plans
Experience in creating process documentation and application of process improvement techniques. Proven success in facilitating design/strategie workshops.
Deep understanding of agile, lean, design thinking and other delivery frameworks
Experience in identifying and solving complex technical and business processes.
Education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or another related field
Experience of 3-7 years in the delivery of process and change management solutions.
Experience in consulting or agency work for 3-7 years.
A plus is the Power BI certification or PMP certification
