Job Impulse, Inc. is currently looking for an individual to fill an immediate position FINANCIAL CONTROLLER In GASTONIA, NC. Our client designs solutions for vehicles, industrial uses, clean air inside vehicles, and sustainable water use. Our client is a global leader in the vehicle, industrial and clean air inside vehicles as well as the sustainable use of water. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER Working closely with regional and local staff to manage budget, analyze and improve spending, and monitor/facilitate processes to control/report costs/variances accurately, and on a timely basis.
Responsibilities of a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER include
- Monitor and measure financial performance against budget, forecast, and plans
- Audit purposes: Ensure compliance with international accounting standards
- Control the accuracy and financial function of the source data
- Coordinate and supervise the management reporting for each month
- Effective accounting standards can optimize financial performance.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of internal auditing, to ensure compliance throughout the company and to manage any cases of non-compliance.
- Monitor and measure financial performance in relation to forecasts and plans
- Audit purposes: Ensure compliance with international accounting standards
The Job Requirements of a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
- A proven track record in business planning analysis
- Management of stakeholders and people
- Customer service and financial/commercial orientation
- Facilitating and creating business plans
- Preparing Scrap and Consumable reports
REQUIRED Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting of Financial Discipline
- Ten years of direct experience as a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
