We are seeking a data entry specialist to work full time to start for an office located in Ontario Oregon. We are seeking an individual who is flexible, and willing to train on the different procedures the position entails. All through this office is small they are a very busy location and are looking for an employee who can keep up with the fast pace. This position consists of entering data from paper and entering electronic applications into a database. You will also be filing the paper applications once they are entered into the database. This position requires attention to detail; the individual we are seeking must be organized. Other duties will include, mailing, faxing, emailing, and scanning. This position would later on the transition into Management.
Requirements:
- Resume
- At least 1 year of data entry or some type of clerical experience
- Must be drug-free
- Must pass a typing test 40+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Must have a clean background
- Light office cleaning required
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $12.00
