Excellent opportunity for anyone is is readily available to start working and wants their foot in the door. Our client is looking for an office assistance to work side by side with Agents in their office. In this role you will be filing, faxing, scanning contracts, inputting petty cash details into Excel, and other duties assigned by the Agents you are supporting. Bilingual English and Spanish is required as you will be dealing with reps in Latin America. This role is on site, Mon – Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
