- Food storage should be organized and kept clean
- Assures food items are stored and properly handled at the end of each shift
- Properly rotating inventory
- Prepares food to meet specifications for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Clean and orderly storage and product areas
- Discuss with your manager how to create specials or other menu options
- Other duties may be assigned
