Mobile Associates (MAs) are part of the Retail Team of Experts that brings T-Mobile’s brand to life. They are brand ambassadors that create excitement and energy around our products. They are passionate about the connected universe and thrive in fast-paced environments where technology innovations, customer requirements, and the Retail experience all change constantly. They are able to make meaningful connections with customers and build new and deeper relationships. This is a rare skill in the wireless industry. They are passionate about educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions and constantly strive to improve their knowledge. This is a learning role where associates work with their team to build skills and knowledge in preparation for becoming Mobile Experts. You will need to complete employee training as a Mobile Associate.

Job Responsibilities for Mobile Associate Job
- Develops skills in selling and serving customers.
Customers can pick up where they left off online, in-store, or through Customer Care.
Individual needs are explored and demonstrated in-store.
Side-by-side Selling to provide personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan. This keeps our customers connected with the people and lives they love.
Service and sales can be approached with calm, integrity, and compassion.
To demonstrate active engagement, you will need to be proficient in digital tools and use them regularly in interactions and onboarding.
Our ever-expanding coverage shows how it stacks up in the customer’s area, providing them with an LTE network that is lightning fast
T-Mobile plans & services allow customers to live unlimitedly, feel the love and stay connected, and so will we.
Receives in-store training on T-Mobile, new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems.
They make the most of their shift by constantly seeking out information from customers and learning about new technologies in wireless and tech.
Establishes and partners with T-Mobile employees through all channels, including customer service and business.
Collaboratively manage the customer experience and solve issues to create a seamless environment.
You can successfully identify and pass on small business leads.
Encourage team efforts and foster an inclusive environment
Mobile Associate Job Education:
High School Diploma/GED Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or sales. Retail environment preferred. Require
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Passionate customer advocate who is willing to share her passion for connecting with customers and have fun doing it! Require
Competent drive and demonstrated ability to succeed within a fast-paced sales environment. Require
Willingness and ability to work with peers and store managers, sharing ideas and learning, while also serving customers and finding solutions to problems. Requirements

Mobile Associate Job Certifications and Licenses
- Minimum 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in America
