Operations Associate Job: It takes a lot of behind-the-scenes effort to ensure that our stores have the correct products at the right time and in the right places to satisfy our client’s beauty needs. Our operations team is here to ensure that our stores look beautiful and run smoothly. You are an Operations Associate and part of the team that provides the best experience possible for all clients who walk through our doors.

Responsibilities for Operations Associate Job
- Supporting Operational excellence You work with the operations team to keep the store’s running smoothly. Your contribution is crucial and will help us meet the high standards we expect from our clients. You will be responsible for daily processing and organization, testing, and identifying stolen products. All shipping and receiving activities must be completed within the store promptly. Recommendations to store leaders regarding missing or damaged items. As needed, clean, organize and maintain the stockrooms and sales floors.

- Previous equivalent work experience, preferably in operations.
- Passionate about client service and love to work with people
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with computer/store systems are all key characteristics.
- Resilience and the ability to react quickly to changing situations and be aware of changes in store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, evenings, early mornings, holidays, and other times as required
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stretch to stock shelves, walk the floor, and work in a scent-filled environment. Clients can also be handled and applied cosmetics products.
