Summary of the Job
Cashier duties include stocking, cleaning, and cashiering. A cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain excellent store conditions.
Responsibilities
- Performs cash register operations efficiently.
- All cash handling and check-out procedures must be followed.
- As needed, stock products on shelves, shelving, peg hooks, and in baskets, or refrigerated boxes
- Customers are treated with respect and courtesy when communicating with you.
Qualifications
- Customer service orientation and the willingness to interact with people every day.
- Retail experience preferred.
- able to stand for the entire shift.
- Able to lift all items from the belt to the basket
