Qualification for Production Associate Job
- You don’t need any prior experience; you will be trained on the job. Experience in manufacturing is an asset.
- Ability to comprehend and read standard operating procedures and labels
- Highly desirable knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and loss control programs is required
- Basic math skills: Addition and Subtraction
- Capability to tell the time
- Participation in a group environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must be at least 18 years old
- With reasonable accommodations, you can lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the duration and duration of shift
- Willingness to use a forklift (training provided)
