Summary of the Job:
Buyers can find, buy, and finance homes that are in dire need of repairs. The NetWorth staff and agents are available to support and assist buyers through this entire process. NetWorth offers a range of services, including acquisitions, hard money financing and listing services after repairs. You will be an expert in your field and can help your clients.
Duties and Responsibilities for Real Estate Associate Job
- Find off-market properties to purchase
- Meet potential buyers and sellers for single-family homes
- We offer the opportunity to sell properties from our private inventory
- Participate in local networking events
- Comparative market analysis and ARV calculation
- Facilitate the sale with clients and title firms
- Continue to build a buyer network through traditional and other methods
- Our proprietary software will help you maintain consistency and accuracy in your pipeline
Skills and Qualifications for Real Estate Associate Job
- A valid Real Estate License.
- Top-tier customer service experience
