Sales Engineer Job: As a sales engineer, your role will include working with top learning and developmental organizations to align their growth goals to 360learning capabilities.


This role is crucial to the expansion of 360learning’s business. As a Sales Engineer in the NYC office, you will be a key member of a growing function. You will gain a deep understanding of 360learning’s current use and potential future benefits. Your role will be to bridge the gap between our strategic direction and our market needs.

In less than a month you’ll:

  • Convexity’s onboarding process will make you an expert in 360Learning methods of working.
  • Enjoy virtual coffee meetings and happy hour with our global team via virtual office
  • Shadow meetings with AEs, intensive training with your coach and the ability to master our value proposition like no other thanks to the coaching
  • A detailed product training will help you to learn the product and provide valuable feedback to your Product team.
  • You have defined your first OKRs

In 3 months you’ll be

  • Learn, master and be a pro at explaining our product to prospects and answering any questions they might have about our technology.
  • Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support.
  • Provide valuable feedback to your team members so that they can be responsive and creative in cross-functional teams (sales marketing, customer success).
  • To meet your presentation needs, plan and configure products.
  • Collaborate with AEs to create engagement strategies that move deals forward in the sales funnel (POC/pilot building).

In 6 months you’ll:

  • Become a trusted advisor for all levels of the prospective customer organization, from CEOs to developers to Learning & Development Directors.
  • Our Account Executives will identify you as a prime expert to help them in any context.

In 12 months you will be

  • You can help the Sales Engineering department to grow by helping identify best practices, creating new processes and helping to create.

The Skills Set for Sales Engineer Job

  • Experience in technical pre-sales of at least 2 years, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • You are a strong salesperson and love to speak with potential clients at all stages of the sales process
  • When allowed, you can travel up to 10% in the USA

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology and systems, including SSO, CRM ERP, ERP, HRIS, ERP, ERP, and ERP.
  • A strong intellectual and natural curiosity, especially in relation to the use of technology to solve various problems.
  • B.A. B.A. or B.S.
  • It is beneficial to have knowledge of the LMS industry.
  • It is helpful to be familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript and other HTML elements.
  • You will benefit from your experience in the SaaS sector.
