Warehouse Team Member Jobs, Champion Teamwear is a HanesBrands Company and is seeking Warehouse Team Members to join their team! Warehouse Team Members are responsible for ensuring that orders in their respective Production areas are completed on time, in compliance with Champion quality standards and accurately. Team Members work together performing various duties, including but not limited to Returns, Picking, Domestic/International Receiving, Inventory and Boxing. There are positions available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime during peak season.

Warehouse Team Member Jobs Responsibilities

• Follow established operating procedures.
• Communicate any delays or problems that could prevent a job from being done.
• Ensure that quality standards are met during production.
• Confirm orders are exact for quantity, placement locations, and garment types.
• Keep daily production records.
• Develop a position-specific training plan and engage in continuous learning using a development plan.
• Keep your work area clean and efficient.
• Participate in efficiency evaluations, and offer suggestions and ideas for improving processes.
• Assist in the management of production teams as required.
• Follow the instructions in your operator’s manual for preventive maintenance.
• Completion of a position-specific training plan and continuous development using a developmental plan.

Warehouse Team Member Jobs Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to take initiative
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a group
• Capability to make sound, reasonable decisions
